Levels:
Level switches:
Capacitive level switches: Suitable for use with liquids and solids it’s a very accurate measuring device and the most common measuring technique available. The sensor works with conductive and non-conductive liquids.Conductive level switches: Suitable for use with all conductive liquids especially high viscous material and adhesive products for example soap, ketchup, cheese, Etc. It’s also suitable for low viscosity products like water and acids its compact shape makes it the best solution for level limit in these applications.
Tuned fork level switches: Suitable for use with all kind of solids soft and hard. It’s best suitable in protection of overfill tank and dry run also it can be used in pump protection. It can be used vertically or horizontally inside vessel and this gives variety in installation positions as suitable for the customer needs.
Level measurements:
Capacitive level measurements: Suitable for use with liquids and solids it’s a very accurate measuring device and the measuring technique available. The sensor works with conductive and non-conductive liquids (water, oil, gasoline) and fine and coarse grained solids.Conductive level measurements: Suitable for use with all conductive liquids it best fits in measuring level of high conductive adhesive materials with high viscosity like ketchup , soap and cheese These materials are very difficult to be measured with ordinary method like capacitance this is why it is the best solution for these products.
Ultrasonic level measurements: Suitable for use with liquids and solids it’s a very accurate measuring device and has no contact with the product. The range varies from liquids to solids. Conductivity and adhesive products doesn’t effect on the sensor measurement because of its non-contact method of measuring.
Temperature measurements:
Thermocouples: Thermocouples are a widely used kind of temperature sensor. They are cheap, interchangeable, have standard connectors and can measure a wide range of temperatures. The thermocouple is one of the simplest of all sensors. It consists of two wires of dissimilar metals joined near the measurement point. Thermocouples type R, K with Various dimensions according to request and applications are availabe.Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs): it rely on the predictable and repeatable phenomena of the electrical resistance of metals changing with temperature. The most common metals used for temperature sensing are platinum, nickel, copper and molybdenum. Various dimensions according to request and applications are available.
